Some background: my wife and I needed to sell our home in an extremely short time frame after receiving job offers in Alaska. We needed to find someone quickly; someone prescient, determined, and wise in the ways of the housing market to make the deadline on what was a VERY difficult move. My wife knew Andy and spoke highly of him; we reached out and he was quick to respond and came to visit us at our home right away. From the moment I met Andy, I was impressed with his presentation, professionalism, and enthusiasm. He knows his trade well and takes what he does very seriously. Our first encounter was outstanding; he answered all of our questions and did an exceptional job of explaining his strategy and tactics for how he would go about getting us the best value for our single biggest asset.

And then he went on to do just that.

Andy did his market research, found out what was on offer nearby, and then made our home the star of the local show. His showing guidelines were on point; his photos and 3D visual tour breathtaking. Our home was our pride and joy and we’d worked painstakingly to take great care of it over the years. To my honest surprise, this was reflected in Andy’s brochures, on his website, and by his words. He sold our home like it was his own home; he was a passionate and ardent promoter on our behalf. He connected us with the perfect buyers and then managed the entire process of getting under contract and transferring the property. And when I say managed, I mean it. Andy made what could have been a struggle into a smooth sail. He contacted us only if he needed something and then made himself easily available (by phone, wifi, text, and email) for our reply. We waited very little and wanted for even less.

And then, when the very difficult part of our move forced us to leave prior to closing; when it left items outstanding in Colorado as we flew thousands of miles away – Andy was there to help. He guided our buyers into their new home. He took care of the miscellany that couldn’t make our move with us. And he bothered us as little as possible during a time when we were pretty well maxed out. Thank you, Andy – I do not know what we would have done if we’d had the misfortune of signing with ANYONE other than you.
