This was our first home buying experience, and we honestly learned so much. The amount of research Shane and Denise Ingram did on each property we looked at was incredibly thorough, and their insight and advice was always spot on and constructive. They advised against a ranch style corner lot we were eyeing, which we thought was perfect, but in reality, the amount of traffic that came by was alarming, especially since we have a 2 year old. We learned that corner lots are usually ranch style for this very reason. Older individuals (who usually no longer live with children) prefer ranch style homes, but families with kids tend to shy away from them. The Ingram Team keeps up to date on statistics and trends like these which is not only impressive, but potentially live saving.Shane and Denise were simply amazing! They helped us out every step of the way and were always fully transparent about even the smallest of details. Our experience working with them was spectacular. Denise and Shane provided an excellent experience for us. We were on a tight timeline and they helped us get the house we wanted at the price we had hoped to pay. Denise scheduled and organized the closing for us and had emailed us copies of the paperwork ahead of time so we were able to complete some of them online and we had no surprises, which was very important to us. As a negotiator, Shane is one of the best we have ever worked with. He was relentless! Shane and Denise were fantastic. We will definitely work with them again, if the need arises.
