Prior to John's career in real esatte, he spent 20+ years as a VP Sales/Marketing. I owned Guaranteed Recycling Xperts and sold my company in 2008.  For the last 11 years John has been investing in real estate for his own diversification.  He has bought and sold several million dollars of real estate and really enjoys the challenge of finding value in real estate investments.
