Two parcels (+/- 316 acres) under a Conservation Easement near Briggsdale. CE allows for agricultural operations and minor agricultural structures, but no residential structures. Language from the CE reads, “Loafing sheds, corrals, water lines, water tanks, wildlife water stations (“guzzlers”), water wells and other minor agricultural structures and improvements may be constructed anywhere on the Property.
