Tom was a pros pro on my home sale. My home was a rental. I live out of state. Tom took the keys from the property manager and handled everything. He identified items that needed fixed, selected reputable contractors to complete the work, oversaw the work to his satisfaction, and improvised as necessary as things came up. He even shopped for gently used appliances to replace the older units! On top of that he priced, listed, and sold the home for a great price. He is a responsive communicator and guided me through the whole process. My first home sale actually. I am super happy with the sale and think Tom is an A+ agent.

From my initial contact with Tom, I was more than impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He sent me a pre-listing package which outlined the necessary steps in preparing to sell our house. This package was ESSENTIAL!! My fiancé and I followed Tom’s packet to the letter and we were more than pleased with the results.
