I cannot say enough good things about Kim Hoffman! First of all, I moved to CO from out of state and that can be really scary. Well, if you are moving from out of state (or local) she is your gal! I started my search in January of this year, gave her an outline of what I was looking for, and my ideal areas. She created a search for me and sent me updates on the daily. I flew out in April and she drove me from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and then out to Evergreen (pretty much all over CO) even though she knew I wasnt ready to buy yet.
